Manchester United hero Dwight Yorke says Wayne Rooney needs to play as a striker.
Rooney has been played in midfield since before Christmas.
Yorke said: "Rooney's position was not right, he was playing as a defensive midfield player. There's a lack of buzz about United.
"The ball is not being fizzed around. The movement is lackadaisical. The front players are too static for my liking.
"There's not enough movement to create space. The strikers are too easy for defenders to play against."
