Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has been handed a £200m transfer budget - and intends to spend the lot.
The Daily Star Sunday says executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and the Special One have held protracted meetings with new additions at the top of the agenda.
In talks, Woodward told Mourinho he would have £200m to spend to resurrect fallen giants Manchester United.
Mourinho was also informed he'd be given any extra cash raised from player sales.
Top of the Jose wish-list is Atletico Madrid star Saul Niguez.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has also been talked about at length.
He is available on a free and despite being 34, Mourinho still believes he can cut it at the top level.
