Ryan Giggs heaped praise on Adam Lallana on Sunday.

The Manchester United legend believes the Liverpool attacking midfielder is becoming the England national team's main man.

Giggs was impressed by Lallana in Sunday's 2-0 World Cup qualifying win over Lithuania at Wembley.

"He's fast establishing himself as the main man for England," said Giggs on ITV.

"He's always on the move, he's always available and he's tricky on the ball. It's hard to get the ball off him, he can move either way.

"And he's now adding goals as well. He's been really impressive.

"This system suits him and he's hard to get hold of if you're a defender."
