Manchester United fullback Patrice Evra admits lifting the Premier League trophy had mixed emotions for him yesterday.
Victory over Swansea City marked Sir Alex Ferguson's final home game in charge.
"Today was just amazing and special," Evra told MUTV. "I don't know if I'm celebrating or if I'm sad because the boss is leaving. It's a strange atmosphere and, I don't know, but I'm sad. I win the title but am sad actually.
"It was emotional for everyone - especially for the boss. He represents a lot for myself - I always say I was never scared of the boss but I was scared to disappoint him. He gave me a lot of things and I just said 'thank you' every time for what he has done for me."
