Manchester United fullback Alexander Buttner admits manager Sir Alex Ferguson's temper is something he's still getting used to.
While Buttner admits it's hard to understand his manager's Glaswegian accent, he still gets the message when Fergie switches on his famous hairdryer.
"The dialect of some people here is really hard to understand and I just lose the plot completely sometimes.
"I had that with Mr Ferguson. I just learned to answer 'Yes' to everything he said to me without knowing what he was talking about.
"He doesn't always say nice stuff. In fact, I have never worked under a manager who goes as ballistic as Mr Ferguson.
"I have never seen a temper like his before - and he doesn't care who he has a go at.
"He makes no exceptions for Wayne Rooney or Paul Scholes or Nani. He goes full blast at everyone and he is razor-sharp."
