Alexander Buttner has warned Manchester United teammate Patrice Evra he's after his place.

Buttner is currently Evra's understudy at left-back for United.

But with a new manager, David Moyes, to impress, Buttner says: "Ideally I would like to be more than a basic reserve. I want to get out of the shadow of Evra. That's the ultimate goal."
