Man Utd forward Rashford set for £10,000-a-week pay-rise

Manchester United young gun Marcus Rashford is about rewarded with a £10,000-a-week pay rise, according to The Sun.

Since talisman Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been sidelined with a knee injury, the England international has flourished in his new role as spearhead of the United attack.

The 19-year old, who currently earns £30,000-per-week plus bonuses, contains incremental increases in his contract based on performance and it is reported that this summer will see another £10,000 added on top.

The Sun's Man Utd source said: "He is set to get the boost after a solid season, the young lad has made some real progress.

"He's found goals hard to come by but has been told clearly he will continue to rise up the wage ladder here.
