Manchester United fans say the club has not gone far enough in its efforts to patch-up a huge Busby Babes tribute banner after getting the words wrong, reports the Manchester Evening News.
Supporters also put pressure on bosses to remove club sponsors AIG's logo from the banner - but despite complaints that it was `vulgar', it is on the replacement banner put up yesterday.
The words blunder was spotted by fans at weekend. The huge tribute, to mark the 50th anniversary of the Munich air disaster, features a picture of the Babes' final line-up against Red Star Belgrade, along with the words to the calypso chant.
Bosses ordered part of the tribute to be taken down and corrected after fans pointed out that the wording read `bouncing Babes' instead of `bouncing Busby Babes'.
They dismissed complaints about the banner's logo for AIG - the US insurance company which sponsors the club in a £56m deal. But workmen said the logo is on a separate piece to the rest in case it has to come down due to a further backlash.
The club was not available for comment.
