Manchester United could see as many as TEN senior players leave at the end of the season. The Times says United will begin new contract talks with several players in the coming weeks, with six becoming free agents in June. A further 10 players have less than 18 months left on their current deals.
Edwin van der Sar is expected to announce his retirement, while injury-plagued Owen Hargreaves is among those coming off contract.
Michael Owen and Gary Neville will not be offered new terms, while goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak and defender Wes Brown are considering their futures.
The futures of Ritchie de Laet and Darron Gibson are also not set in stone - and Patrice Evra is still to be nailed down to a new deal.
Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes are also yet to be secured to new contracts, with their current agreements expiring in June.
