Bayern Munich defender Dante is being linked with Manchester United.

BILD says Dante's days in Munich are numbered.

Jerome Boateng, Medhi Benatia, Javi Martinez and Holger Badstuber are all considered in front of Dante for starting positions in Bayern's back line next term.

He has struggled to hold down a first-team place this spring and was not selected to start five of their six Champions League knockout games.

And United have emerged as a potential escape route for the 31-year-old Brazilian, as Old Trafford boss Louis van Gaal seeks to bolster his defensive ranks.
