Man Utd enter talks to sign £18M Shakhtar star Douglas Costa
Manchester United are in talks to sign Shakhtar Donetsk star Douglas Costa.
The Sunday Mirror says United are in talks with brilliant Brazilian playmaker Douglas Costa about an £18million summer move.
The 20-year-old, who has helped Ukrainian side Shahktar Donetsk reach the Champions League quarter-finals, was in the Old Trafford directors’ box yesterday as United beat Bolton 1-0.
Dubbed as the new Ronaldinho, Costa (left) is seen as the ideal successor for Paul Scholes.

got season ticket at leeds for past 5 years and saw them beat scum at old trafford :)
This fella Costa is a superb player...passes well, dribbles and is what United need to link mdfield and attack. However, more signings in central defence and on the wings to replace ageing and incompetent players are also needed.
