Manchester United are eyeing PSG striker Edinson Cavani. The Daily Express says French sources report United will not take up their chance to sign AS Monaco's Radamel Falcao for £43.5m when his loan deal expires in the summer.
Instead they've set their sights on Paris Saint-Germain striker Cavani due to Falcao's fitness concerns.
The Colombian target man has been out of action since October after picking up a calf problem in training, missing vital clashes against Chelsea, Manchester City and Arsenal.
Cavani - who has also attracted Arsenal and Liverpool - has been heavily linked with a move away from the Parc des Princes, with manager Laurent Blanc insisting on playing him out of position on the flanks.
