Manchester United did make a late bid to trump Arsenal for former Real Madrid midfielder Mesut Ozil, it has been revealed.David Moyes' brother Kenny - a football agent - frantically tried to contact Ozil's representatives to try and lure him to United, but his mind was made up over Arsenal.
A source told the Manchester Evening News: "United made a call. Kenny Moyes, David's brother who is an agent, was trying desperately to get hold of Ozil's agent. I think that by the time they managed it it was too late.
