Manchester United defender Scott Wootton is enjoying his loan at Nottingham Forest.

Wootton has impressed since his arrival at the City Ground.

"I'm loving it. I'm getting games and, being young, it's vital for me to get first-team experience," he said.

"I'm in a very good team, with experienced players and it's great for me to play alongside the likes of Jonathan Greening and Andy Reid who have played hundreds of league games.

"There was no part of me that didn't fancy Forest, when I heard they were interested.

"It's the type of challenge I thrive on. Forest are a massive club, I've always thought that.

"Not one bit of me didn't fancy it, so I was made up. I was delighted to come."
