Manchester United defender Chris Smalling admits he's learning all the time training alongside his senior teammates.
Smalling feels his game is always improving working with Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic.
He said: "To play alongside Rio and Vida, two experienced players and to train with them every day has been amazing. I pick up little bits and pieces from them and I feel like I'm learning from them and improving.
"I think Rio's got some traits that I'd like to pick up and Vida's got some traits as well. He's so solid in terms of winning headers. Hopefully I'm just picking up bits and pieces to improve my overall game."
