Man Utd defender McNair facing 3 weeks out

Manchester United expect defender Paddy McNair to be sidelined for three weeks with a hamstring injury.

The Daily Star says McNair was called up to the United first team following a string of injuries and was set to get his maiden call up to the Northern Irish senior squad.

The centre back was set to replace club mate Jonny Evans in the national team but has been denied that chance due to injury.

The 19-year-old started the last two Premier League games and has played his part in consecutive wins for the Red Devils.
