Manchester United defender Phil Jones could be OUT of the World Cup after breaking down in victory over Hull City.
Jones was forced off against Hull City with a shoulder injury.
He went straight to hospital with his arm in a sling after being substituted off in the first half.
The defender - a regular in Roy Hodgson's England squads - looked in some discomfort after a collision with Hull defender Maynor Figueroa early in the first-half.
It was unclear immediately whether Jones's shoulder was dislocated, but if so, it would almost certainly rule him out of the World Cup starting in Brazil next month.
