Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand insists he'll be taking care of himself while in Qatar.
Ferdinand will be working for Al Jazeera covering the England v San Marino World Cup qualifier tomorrow night - despite pulling out of the squad due to fitness concerns.
Aware of the controversy, Ferdinand quickly tweeted this morning:
