Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand admits he enjoys his public profile.
The new England captain says he's happy to accept the attention of fans.
"If someone's not asking me for an autograph then I've got to worry because I must be [playing] s***," he told the Guardian.
But Ferdinand recalls one unlikely-sounding holiday when it became too much.
"We went to Prestatyn a little while ago [for a caravan holiday], but it wasn't a good experience because there were too many people there. I look forward to doing things like that when I've finished football and there's another centre-half playing for Man United, and he's the person in the spotlight."
