Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand is delighted with the goal scoring form of Danny Welbeck.

Welbeck has struck three goals in the past two games.

After the 3-3 draw with FC Basle, Ferdinand tweeted: "3 - 3 after being 2 nil up isn't what we wanted, we'll do better saturday. Pleased for Welbeck getting a brace."

And following victoyr over Norwich City, Rio also remarked: "2-0 win vs Norwich City, scruffy game but the result we wanted. Welbeck with another goal!"
