Manchester United defender Cameron Borthwick-Jackson chose Leeds United ahead of Ajax today.

The England U21 international signed for Leeds on a season-long loan this morning.

And it's been revealed he chose to join Leeds despite an approach from Ajax.

The Dutch side held talks with Borthwick-Jackson's representatives about a temporary deal.

But the player fancied a move back to the Championship instead, says ESPN.
