Tottenham striker Fraizer Campbell is desperate not to draw Manchester United in the Carling Cup semifinals.
Campbell is barred from facing his parent club while on-loan at United and even if it means sitting out the final, the England U21 striker would prefer the chance to help Spurs to Wembley by facing either Burnley or Derby.
