Manchester United could announce the signing of Aalesunds goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard this week.
Lindegaard was in Manchester on the weekend for a medical.
And the Manchester Evening News says the Reds are expected to finalise the transfer of Aalesunds goalkeeper Lindegaard at the end of the week when club officials have returned from Champions League business in Scotland.
