Manchester United have confirmed the signing of Marcos Rojo from Portuguese giant Sporting Lisbon.
The 24-year old Argentine defender has penned a five-year deal with the Red Devils for a fee of around 20million.
As part of the deal, United winger Nani will join former club Sporting on a one-year loan deal with the Old Trafford outfit paying his wages in full.
During his two-year spell in Lisbon, former Estudiantes la Plata and Spartak Moscow man Rojo made 61 appearances in all competitions and scored seven goals.

Additionally, 27-year old wideman Nani has made 230 appearances for United since arriving from Sporting in 2007.
