Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas is hoping Manchester United make a third offer for him.
The London Evening Standard says David Moyes made Fabregas his main transfer target to boost the midfield but Barcelona continue to insist the former Arsenal captain is not for sale.
Fabregas is keen to move to Old Trafford, however Barca have turned down two bids so far, the last being over £30m.
Moyes is still planning to make one last attempt to change their minds with an offer in excess of £35m.
