Manchester United coach Nicky Butt has paid tribute to former teammate Ryan Giggs.
Giggs turns 40 later this week.
"Of all the United players, Ryan deserves to be regarded in the highest esteem with Sir Bobby Charlton," Butt told the Mail on Sunday. "To keep producing at this level for 22 years is phenomenal.
"I use Ryan as an example to one particular lad all the time. Every time Ryan trains he trains like it's a game, everything at high tempo even if it's for only 40 or 50 minutes. It's something I like to get across to the kids - every time you do something it needs to have meaning."
