Manchester United chief Ed Woodward remains in Germany this morning. The Mirror says Woodward was staying in Germany overnight in a bid to thrash out a deal for Bayern Munich star Toni Kroos.
Woodward wants straight answers from the midfielder, who helped Bayern knock United out of the Champions League quarter-finals on Wednesday.
Kroos is David Moyes' top target and would take up the biggest slice of the Reds' summer transfer budget.
The Old Trafford executive vice-chairman is keen to know if Kroos is as committed to the potential move as reports from earlier this week suggest.
