Man Utd, Chelsea encouraged to make January bid for Juventus outcast Krasic

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is weighing up a January bid for Juventus winger Milos Krasic.

The Berlusconi-owned Sport Mediaset says United are considering a midseason move for the Serbia international, who is a favourite of Ferguson. United did consider Krasic a year ago, while he was still with CSKA Moscow, as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo before his move to Real Madrid.

Krasic is not in the plans of Juve coach Antonio Conte, who will not stand in his way should a serious offer arrive.

Chelsea and Anzhi are also monitoring the midfielder's situation.
