Premier League clubs believe Lille are kidding themselves over Eden Hazard's buyout clause.
The Belgian has been watched by Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool among several European heavyweights this season.
But the Telegraph says Hazard's release clause of more than £25 million is a fee that no one expects to be met.
