Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic admits only wins will now do.
The 1-0 home loss to Everton on Wednesday brought the Reds' recent 12-game unbeaten run to an end and resulted in United dropping into ninth place in the table.
"I always believe in the squad we have and the work we do. There is no question about that. I just think things haven't happened in a few games which would have given us six or seven more points and those points would have put us in a better position in the table," he explained to MUTV.
"We have to accept we are not in the position we want to be in and it's obviously not the best feeling in the world. But all the players realise we have to stick together and have to perform better and start winning games. Doing that will raise the confidence and everything will get better. The key thing is to win games and hopefully we can start doing that."
