Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney has laid on a bumper Las Vegas holiday for England's support staff.
The People says Rooney overheard Three Lions masseurs Carlo Sartori and Steve Kemp planning an end of season trip to America's entertainment capital during one of their squad get-togethers.
And the generous United striker surprised them by saying HE would pick up the bill - believed to be £15,000 - for the Las Vegas jolly as a reward for their hard work with Hodgson's stars during the season.
Rooney, who earns £300,000 a week at Old Trafford, also insisted that United masseur Rod Thornley - a former member of Hodgson's backroom team - accompany them on the trip.
