Manchester United captain Gary Neville has no doubt manager Sir Alex Ferguson will come up with a way of handling Wayne Rooney's absence.
Neville has been around long enough to know Ferguson will not allow his mind to get clouded by any external factors, including the state of Rooney's health.
"The manager will be clever in the way he uses the squad," said Neville.
"He always has been brave at times. I don't think there will be six or seven changes per match but the manager will always freshen things up."
