The Manchester Evening News says Feyenoord pair Martins Indi and De Vrij have been linked with moves to Old Trafford in recent times and both are said to be on the radar again.
The Dutch World Cup duo impressed to finish third in Brazil and now the United boss wants them to join him in the Premier League.
However, De Vrij is expected to join Lazio this week, while Martins Indi is in talks with Porto.
