Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal is monitoring Everton fullback Seamus Coleman. The Daily Star says Van Gaal is looking seriously at a move for Everton's Coleman and will battle it out with Chelsea to clinch a £25million deal.
The Irishman has emerged as one of the Premier top defenders in recent seasons.
United were keen on landing Coleman during the summer but a swap deal involving former EvertonMarouane Fellaini failed to materialise.
