Manchester United have turned down the chance of signing a midfield playmaker.
The Daily Mail says United have turned down the chance to sign Mesut Ozil from Real Madrid and Willian from Anzhi Makhachkala.
Manager David Moyes believes neither are a priority position as he pursues a midfield general.
