Manchester United boss David Moyes is ready to recall Rio Ferdinand.

Moyes is facing a defensive crisis after losing both Phil Jones and Jonny Evans to injury in last weekend's defeat at Stoke.

The losses have left Moyes short on defensive options at centre-back ahead of this weekend's visit of Fulham to Old Trafford.

Moyes will welcome back Nemanja Vidic from suspension but could be forced to bring in Ferdinand from the cold.
