Manchester United boss David Moyes still has plans for two major signings this January.
The Sunday Telegraph says United have yet to decide whether they will make a fresh bid for Everton's Leighton Baines although purchasing a new left-back to add to their squad, and given Patrice Evra is now 32, remains a priority..
United will also continue their search for another central midfield player although they will not increase their single bid of £20million for Ander Herrera which was rejected by Athletic Bilbao..
The club rejected claims that they made an inquiry for Real Madrid's Sami Khedira and also that they missed out on Mesut Ozil who was offered to them but they declined because they want Wayne Rooney to play in that position.
