Manchester United boss David Moyes could not confirm if Wayne Rooney is now settled at Old Trafford after last night's performance. Rooney struck twice as United opened their Champions League campaign with victory over Bayer Leverkusen.
Moyes was pressed to reveal whether Rooney was now happy at United and ready to remain at United for the long-term.
"I don't know," Moyes revealed, "He has been great in training, working hard, head down and he looks fit. I think Robin van Persie and him are both such great players. I'm only just here but I have seen goals from Wayne before. I said a few months ago that he has a real chance to become one of greats."
