Manchester United boss David Moyes has no problem with Sir Alex Ferguson being around the club.

Moyes denied claims that the other Scot at Old Trafford was still exerting his influence which was perceived as undermining him.

Moyes said: "I can only tell you that in my time here Sir Alex has been fantastic towards me.

"He has been helpful.

"Anytime I need something I can go to him. He has been very good."
