Manchester United boss David Moyes admits he wants to get through the international break as quickly as possible.
Moyes said he will be pleased when the latest break is over and he can work with his players without interruption.
"Many of the players have spent regular periods of time away with their countries," said Moyes. "But this international break will be the last until March.
"It will end a period that has been stop-start for every football club and will allow for a bit more stability in the coming months, plus provide more time to work with the players.
"Having progressed in the League Cup, and with two more Champions League group games to play, that continuity will be important as we enter a busy period in the run-up to Christmas.
"The full squad will be needed again in the coming weeks as we look to keep challenging in all competitions."
