Man Utd boss Mourinho will not sanction sale of Real Madrid target De Gea

Jose Mourinho will keep David De Gea at Manchester United this summer.

According to El Confidencial, the Portuguese has no intention of selling the Spanish goalkeeper to Real Madrid despite reports suggesting otherwise.

Spanish radio station Cadena Cope is of the belief that Real president Florentino Perez is determined to land De Gea in the end-of-season transfer window after narrowly missing out last summer but could stick with Keylor Navas as number one for 2016/17, before bringing the former Atletico Madrid young gun next year.

But counter reports say that Mourinho is not about to let the 25-year-old leave Old Trafford anytime soon and will do everything he can to keep the Spain international as United's undisputed number one.
