Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is ready to launch a bid for Leicester City defender Harry Maguire.
The Daily Mail says Mourinho is ready to offer as much as £50million for the England hero.
Mourinho is ready to replace Chris Smalling of Phil Jones with Maguire, who has been one of England's heroes at the World Cup.
Leicester City's Thai owners will fight to keep the centre-back for whom they paid only £12m - rising to £17m - last summer.
Maguire, 25, moved to the King Power Stadium from Hull City last summer, playing in all 38 Premier League matches.
He was one of the key men as Gareth Southgate's Three Lions reached the semi-finals of the World Cup.
