Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has mocked Chelsea 'fans' taunting son Jose Jr on social media.

The Manchester Evening News reports goalkeeper Jose Jr copped some grief on Instagram ahead of turning out for Fulham's academy side against Chelsea on Saturday when he posted a picture of himself in training.

The teenager wasn't afraid to respond to some of his detractors and his dad intervened, urging his son not to 'loose [sic] time with the camels'.

When Fulham overcame Chelsea 2-1, Mourinho senior gleefully returned to his son's picture to post the final score, accompanied by two camels.

Jose Jr told one critic: "Hold up, you saying I was signed for Fulham on a two year scholarship contract because of my dad? You saying out of 4 goalkeeper they picked me because of my dad, and you are saying this without seeing me play... Haters are my target audience, and I always prove them wrong, ALWAYS."
