Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is determined to find a new centre-half signing this summer.

The Manchester Evening News says Mourinho has identified four centre-backs he would like to see at Old Trafford.

Toby Alderweireld (Tottenham), Raphael Varane (Real Madrid), Jerome Boateng (Bayern Munich) and Clement Lenglet (Sevilla) are all being considered.

United have already delved into the transfer market after signing Fred and Diogo Dalot for a combined £71m.

Scott McTominay has also been spoken up as a potential solution to Mourinho's defensive woes.
