Jose Mourinho says the reception he received from Chelsea's supporters was nothing less than he expected.

The former Blues manager returned to Stamford Bridge with Manchester United on Sunday but went home a forlorn figure after seeing his side easily beaten 4-0.

Chelsea fans chanted, "You're not special any more," as they quickly forgot the work the Portuguese had done in the past in winning three Premier League titles and eight trophies in West London.

But Mourinho suggested he was not bothered by what he heard: "I was not expecting anything different and the crowd behaved in the normal way so... nothing wrong."

The defeat sees United occupying seventh position on the Premier League table on the back of a three-game winless run as Chelsea went fourth.
