Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has criticised England Under-21 coach Stuart Pearce for disclosing information about defender Phil Jones's injury. The 20 year old withdrew from the Under-21 friendly against Sweden, with Pearce stating he was suffering from shingles.
"What about doctor confidentiality?" said Ferguson.
"That was a conversation between our doctor and theirs and shouldn't have gone any further."
The 71-year-old added: "It is something we have to address."
The Football Association said it would not be responding to Ferguson's accusation.
