Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson doesn't believe their thumping of West Brom will rattle their nearest rivals.

He explained: "I don't think Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea will be thinking this is a warning sign.

"I think that's done before the campaign starts. We won the league last season and we won the European Cup so I think those three teams know the quality of our side and we know the quality of theirs. It's a fantastic league and any of the four can win it."
