Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson admits this season hasn't been perfect.

He is delighted to be on the brink of another league title — but upset they did not beat Chelsea in the FA Cup.

The United boss said: “How do we analyse the season? For me, it’s something of the proverbial curate’s egg — part bad but with some great redeeming qualities.
