Manchester United are watching Lyon goalkeeper Hugo Lloris. The Mirror says United scouts have been seen watching Lyon at least half a dozen times recently.

United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is keeping a close eye on Lloris - voted best in France last season. The 22-year-old has become first choice No.1 following Gregory Coupet's serious injury and is considered one of the top five stoppers in Europe - and Lyon always sell if the price is right.
