Man Utd boss Ferguson still keen on Inter Milan's £40M Sneijder

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson remains keen on Inter Milan star Wesley Sneijder.

The Daily Star says Fergie has yet to replace Paul Scholes following his retirement in the summer.

He failed to secure a deal for Holland and Inter Milan star Sneijder, although he remains a top target of the Scot, even though he would cost £40m.

Fergie admits he has several targets in mind but reckons that signing reinforcements in the January transfer window will be a tall order.
